Delete your data

You may request deletion of all data that Asterismus has processed for your Instagram account at any time.
Your Asterismus account
Your account itself — your name, email, sign-in methods and workspace memberships — you handle yourself, in Account settings. “Download my data” gives you a JSON copy of it at once.
“Delete my account” takes effect immediately: your name, email, password and connected sign-in methods are erased, you are signed out everywhere, and the address can be used for a new account. Workspaces you share keep their content, credited to a deleted account. If you are a workspace’s only owner, make someone else an owner first; if nobody else is in it, write to support@asterismus.app and we will close it with you.
How to request deletion
- Revoke Asterismus access in Instagram under Settings → Apps and websites, then remove “Asterismus.”
- Email support@asterismus.app with your Instagram username and the subject “Delete my data.”
What is deleted
- the encrypted access token and associated connection;
- the imported profile snapshot;
- imported posts and comments;
- associated reply drafts and learning signals.
Timeframe
Deletion is completed no later than 30 days after we receive your request, and a confirmation is sent to you.
